14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date your orders is fulfilled to request a return. Please note that this policy applies exclusively to domestic US orders. For international orders, we offer exchanges only, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be unworn or unused.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items Flagged as FINAL SALE
Please be aware that items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Starting a Return

Return Process
Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that for international orders, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without prior authorization for return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you encounter any issues such as defects, damages, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us promptly. We will assess the situation and take the necessary steps to make it right.
Exchanges
To expedite the process of receiving the item you desire, we recommend returning the unwanted item, and upon acceptance of the return, placing a separate order for the new item.
International Orders
For international orders, we offer exchanges only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for the refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
